Dr. Boris Raginsky, Medical Director
Dr. Boris Raginsky has been servicing the podiatric needs of NJ residents since 1999. A graduate of Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Chicago IL. After graduation, he completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine at Barry University and Cedars Medical Center, both in Miami, FL. In addition to his practices in East Brunswick and Elmwood Park NJ, he is presently an attending physician at St. Mary’s Hospital, Passaic, NJ. Dr. Raginsky is also Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery (ABLES).
Dr. Monica Spencer
Dr. Monica Spencer received her medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and a B.S. in Kinesiology from Lousiana State University. She completed her podiatric surgical residency at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ. Previously, Dr. Spencer worked as a podiatrist evaluating and treating patients with a variety of lower extremity conditions in private practice. Her expertise includes diabetic foot care, wound care, and foot and ankle surgery. She resides in Flemington NJ with her husband and two daughters.
Dr. Tara S. Richman-Driller
Dr. Driller received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree Magna Cum Laude from New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Touro College in Brooklyn NY. She completed three years of Surgical residency at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Driller was an attending Podiatrist and a Clinical Instructor in NuHealth/Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow NY for 12 years. She specialized in Wound Care, Surgical Procedures, teaching, and supervising Podiatric residents. She joined Home Foot Care Services in December of 2019 and primarily services Passaic and Bergen Counties.
Dr. David Heller
Dr. David Heller received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, and a B.S. in Biology from Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Heller has been serving the podiatric needs of NY/NJ residents for over 40 years.
After retiring from his full-time practice, he is happy to continue his service to homebound patients in Somerset and Union counties of New Jersey.
Dr. Adam Long
Dr. Adam Long received his Doctor Of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines IA in 2014 and a Bachelor of Science degree Magna Cum Laude in Biology from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. He completed three years of the residency program in Western Reserve Health Education in Youngstown OH in 2017. He specialized in surgical correction of the adult forefoot and rearfoot pathology, limb salvage, diabetic foot pathology, infection management, and wound care. Dr. Long joined Home Foot Care Services in January of 2020 and serves Hudson and Bergen Counties of NJ.
Dr. Wayne Epstein
Dr. Epstein received his D.P.M. degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1989 and a Business Administration degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Dr. Epsteine interned under Nationally known sports Medicine Podiatrist Dr. John McNerney. Dr. Epstein was practicing general podiatry in his private practice in Colonia NJ for over 25 years until he joined Home Foot Care Services in 2020. We feel fortunate to have such a compassionate and highly experienced physician who is servicing primarily Monmouth and Ocean Counties of NJ.
Dr. Natalya Zigelman
Dr. Natalya Zigelman is a graduate of New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM), New York, NY. After graduation, she completed a three years surgical residency program at the USA Department of Affairs Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Zigelman has been a practicing podiatrist in our North Bergen office since 2004 and visiting her homebound patients in West New York, North Bergen, Union City, and Guttenberg.
Dr. Edward Meller
Dr. Meller received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in 1996. He completed two years of Surgical residency in Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Jamaica N.Y.
Dr. Meller has been practicing podiatry in his private practice in Jersey City, NJ, and West Orange NJ. He joined Home Foot Care Services in July of 2020.
Dr. Junno Park
Dr. Park received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers State University in 2010. He completed three years of Surgical residency in The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. The doctor was involved in research on topics of Diabetic ulcers, trauma, and musculoskeletal pathology. Dr. Park primarily serves Passaic and Bergen Counties of New Jersey.
Dr. Desiree Nelson-Kelly
Dr. Kelly received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in 1998 and a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology from the University Of Maryland. She completed two years of Surgical residency in Veterans Affairs Medical Center in East Orange, NJ, and Gouverneur Hospital of New York. Dr.Kelly was a clinical Instructor in the Podiatric Medicine and Orthopedic Department in the New York College of Pediatric Medicine. She worked in private practice settings and assisted living/long-term care facilities in NJ. Dr. Kelly primarily services Central and South Jersey areas of New Jersey.
Dr. Stephen Bennet
Dr. Stephen Bennett is Board certified in both podiatric primary care and podiatric surgery and has been a Manhattan podiatrist for over 15 years. Dr. Bennett obtained his bachelor of science in Biology from Stony Brook University; he went on to receive his doctorate in podiatric medicine and surgery from Temple University. In 1992, he completed a one-year podiatric surgical residency program at North Philadelphia Health System in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His surgical training included comprehensive elective foot and ankle surgery, foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle. During his training, he worked closely with the departments of general medicine, rehabilitation medicine, radiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and vascular surgery. Dr. Bennett joined Home foot Care Services in 2021 and primarily services Morris and Hunterdon counties.
Dr. Amna Malik
Dr. Amna Malik is a podiatry specialist and foot & ankle surgeon. She graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia and then completed her residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City. She has extensive training and experience through her time at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in all aspects of foot ailments as well as trauma, injuries, and wound care. Dr. Malik joined Home Foot Care in 2021 and primarily services Mercer County of NJ.
Dr. David Parker
Dr. David A. Parker is Board Certified in Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine with over 35 years of experience. Dr. David Parker earned his undergraduate degree in Health and Physical Education from Baldwin Wallace College, Cleveland, Ohio in 1975. Dr. Parker entered the Navy in October of 1977 where he served as an Orthopedic and Podiatric Hospital Corpsman for 5 years while stationed at Bethesda Naval Hospital. After graduating from Podiatry School he was commissioned as a Lieutenant and served in the Naval Reserve as a Podiatrist. In 1991 he served in a field hospital in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm where he treated service members injured during battles. Dr. Parker retired as a Lieutenant Commander in 1999. During his 21-year Naval career he gained valuable Podiatry skills in both the clinical and surgical arenas. Dr. Parker joined Home Foot Care Services in 2022 and services Middlesex County of NJ.
Dr. Jae Shin
Dr. Jae Shin attended Temple University and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences in 2009. In 2013, he graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine with a Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Shin completed his three-year surgical training in the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York specializing in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgeries. Dr. Shin started his career as an associate and later a partner at Foot and Ankle Center in Perry, Georgia where he delivered high-quality care to diabetic and limb salvage patients. Dr. Shin joined Home Foot Care Services in 2022 and services Hudson County of NJ.
